How you end a day is just as important as how you begin a day.

A good nights sleep can be achieved by clearing your mind and actually setting the course for the next day.

I created this simple yet impactful, “4 Step Night Time Inquiry”, to help you create that experience.

1.) Keep a pen and paper or journal by your bedside. This is optional but recommended
for your success.

2.) Start by Giving your Thanks and Your Prayers of Gratitude to Your Creator.

3.) Ask yourself these four questions:

a.) Did I do my best today? Listen for your answers. Jot them down.

b.) Did I walk my talk today?
Listen for your answers. Jot them down.

c.) Did everyone I communicate with, receive my unconditional love?

Listen for your answers. Jot them down.

d.) Did I at least make the effort, to encourage and empower everyone
that I communicated with today? Listen for your answers. Jot them down.

Explanation of the Questions:

Did I do my best Today? – Life happens, and we seemingly don’t have all the answers from a Human Being standpoint. But our best in that moment is enough, because we are enough.

Did I walk my talk today? – This is the Integrity question. Did I stand in my integrity and character.

Did everyone I communicate with, receive my love? – This is a love of wellbeing and gratitude. The Divine Source love comes through us to others. Just as we receive it from others.

Did I at least make the effort, to encourage and empower everyone that I communicated with today? – Kindness and encouragement are two of the best gifts you can give to people. It shows that you have healthy self love and confidence and mirror that back to them.

These are powerful questions to ask yourself every night. Listen to your answers, make a mental note or jot them down.

I believe that it is a natural inclination of all human beings to want to be better and do better.

Then as you close your eyes to sleep, this beautiful conversation with your inner wisdom will take hold, and absorb into your beingness.

During the next day you will start to remember those inquiry questions from the night before and become conscious of their meaning. Soon it will become your behavior, to be your best self and to love and honor others. And as you change, you WILL change the world.
